We are currently serving eight different wines.
Chardonnay- Barrel aged in French and American oak, this European styled chardonnay is buttery with hints of lemon, pear, pineapple, and vanilla. Finishes crisp and clean. Serve with grilled shrimp, sea bass, grilled chicken, or anything with a cream sauce. $15
Vidal Blanc- This versatile white wine opens up with peach and caramel aromas. It surprises the palate with apricot, pear, citrus, and honey. Serve with hors d'oeuvres, or even light desserts like cream puffs or crème brulee. $13
Reserve Table- Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, Muscat, and Niagara varietals combine to create this tantalizing sipping wine. Pineapple, green apple, and fresh-crushed grape overtones remind us of the wines Grandpa used to make. $15
Rose- A Chambourcin, Vidal Blanc, and Niagara blend that delights the palate with hints of dark berries, peach, and tropical fruit. Superb with hot-sweet foods such as Chinese, Indian, and Thai cuisines. $15
Cabernet Sauvignon- Heavy-bodied, with black cherry, raspberry, spice, smoke, and chocolate flavors. Finishes dry. Barrel aging adds subtle accents of toasty oak and vanilla. A wonderful compliment to filet mignon, barbecued, and smoked red meats. $18
Merlot- Medium-bodied, with loads of plum, black cherry, and currant flavors and aromas. Finishes dry. Excellent with roast venison, duck, pasta in red sauce, and frilled foods, as well as a "stand-alone" glass of wine. $18
Chambourcin- This richly colred, medium-bodied wine is ripe with black raspberry, cherry, mocha, cloves, and spice flavors. Finishes smooth. Great with Mexican and Thai specialties. $20
Sweet Amber- Frozen, estate-grown Chambourcin grapes were pressed to produce this unique red wine, similar in taste and texture to that of ice wine. Rich, dark berries, caramel, and spice flavors. Great with chocolate desserts. $21
Late Harvest- Frozen, estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes were pressed to produce this white wine, similar to an ice wine. $16
