| Wine | Description |
|---|---|
| Chardonnnay | Aged in neutralized oak briefly then moved to stainless steel, this chardonnay has hints of melon, citrus, pinapple and vanilla, with a buttery finish. |
| Merlot | Full-bodied, with loads of plum, black cherry, and currant flavors and aromas. Finishes dry. Excellent with roast venison, duck, pasta in red sauce, and grilled foods, as well as a "stand-alone" glass of wine. |
| Chambourcin | This richly colored, medium-bodied wine is ripe with black raspberry, cherry, mocha, cloves, and spice flavors. Finishes smooth. Great with Mexican and Thai specialties. |
| Cabernet Sauvignon | Full-bodied, with black cherry, spice, smoke, and a dry smooth finish. Barrel aging adds subtle accents of toasty oak. A wonderful compliment to filet mignon, barbecued and smoked red meats. |
| Reserve Red | Full-bodied, with fruity flavors including cherry, black cherry, black currant, and rasberry. Pairs nicely with red meats and smoked deli cuts. |
| Reserve White | This White blend is a mixture of our Chardonnay and Estate grown Vidal Blanc. Notes of peach, pear, and pineapple. Sweet, light, and low residual sugar makes this wine perfect for spicy seafoods and chipotle. |
| Vidal Blanc | Our most popular wine. One of Hidden Brook's Estate wine's, our Vidal Blanc is a versatile white wine that surprises the palate with apricot, pear, pineapple, and citrus. It is best served with hors d'oeuvres, or even light dessserts such as creme brulee. |
| Rose' | Estate Grown Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc blend make this wine a versatile Rose'. Opens with a blend of berries: raspberry, cranberry, and pomegranates. Perfect for pairing with any Thai, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. |
| Late Harvest | Frozen, estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes were pressed to produce this white wine, similar to an ice wine. Pear notes with an almond finish. Biscotti is great dipped in this wine. |
| Sweet Amber | Frozen, estate-grown Chambourcin grapes were pressed to produce this unique red wine, similar in taste and texture to that of ice wine. Rich, dark berries, toffee, and butter pecan flavors. Perfect in place of Port as an after dinner drink. |
